Available for Q4 bookings

The project you keep opening at 1 a.m. deserves to ship.

We are a two-person studio working with founders who already have the idea, the domain and forty commits — and no time left to finish. Design, front-end, launch. Four weeks at a time.

What we actually do

Narrow on purpose. We are not an agency and we will happily tell you when your problem is not ours.

01

Product design

Screens, states and the boring flows nobody sketches: empty states, errors, billing, onboarding. Delivered as a working front-end, not a Figma file you have to translate.

02

Front-end build

Plain HTML, CSS and TypeScript where it fits; React when the app genuinely needs it. Static hosting, small bundles, assets on our own CDN. Pages load in under a second on mobile data.

03

Launch support

Domain, DNS, TLS, analytics that respect your users, and a deployment your future self can operate without us. Two weeks of hand-holding after go-live are included.

How a four-week block runs

Same shape every time. It is deliberately short so both sides can walk away without drama.

Week 0 — intro call
Forty-five minutes. You show us the repo and the thing that is stuck. We say yes, no, or "this is a two-day fix, here is how to do it yourself."
Week 1 — scope
We cut the idea down to what can ship in three weeks and write it down as a list you approve. Anything outside the list goes to a parking file.
Weeks 2–3 — build
Daily pushes to a preview URL. One call a week, everything else in writing so you can read it whenever.
Week 4 — ship
Production deploy, handover document, and a walkthrough recording. Then we stop billing.

Questions people ask first

How much does a block cost?

A four-week block is billed as a fixed fee agreed before we start. Smaller pieces of work are billed by the day. We send the number after the intro call, once we know what the list looks like — quoting before that would be guesswork.

Do you take equity instead of money?

No. It has never once ended well for a studio our size, and it makes the "we should stop working together" conversation much harder than it needs to be.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Usually. We ask for read access before quoting. If the front-end is tangled beyond a four-week fix we will say so on the intro call rather than discovering it in week three.

Who owns the work?

You do, from the first commit. We keep the right to describe the project in general terms on this site unless you ask us not to.

What time zone are you in?

CET. We overlap comfortably with Europe and with the US east coast mornings. Asynchronous by default — you will not be asked to sit on calls.

Still open for one more project this quarter

Send a paragraph about what you are building and what is blocking it. If we are not the right fit we will usually know within a day and tell you.
